Job Description:

Install computer hardware components (disk drives, RAM, interface hardware, monitors, printers and other computer related hardware) in accordance with standards and specifications Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Develop, document, and maintain information for in-house computer related hardware and equipment including configuration settings, IT-Help Desk requests and resolutions, etc. Basic troubleshooting skills, break-fix, configuration issues Troubleshoot and fix Email issues Basic network troubleshooting
