Detailed Job Description: Troubleshoot incidents reported during ops trial Work with product teams for defect fixes Categorize incidents and Resolve incidents Perform validation of services as needed Report incident metrics Document, track, and log defects Work closely with developers on testing issues/defects Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Write, execute, and maintain functional test cases
