Experience in Core Java concepts such as OOP Concepts, Exception Handling, Multi-Threading, Polymorphism, Collections Framework, I/O System, and JDBC. Should have cloud experience. Messaging systems, Kafka, TIBCO EMS, MSMQ, Amps Reliable messaging etc. Experience with version controls such as Github, BitBucket and CICD. Domain Expertise in Finance/Investment Banking. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non-technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams. Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements. Should have extensive experience in ALM tools JIRA/Confluence for documenting the requirements and user stories in with clear DOD/Acceptance criteria. Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO. Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management.
