In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. Qualifications Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 8+ years of hands - on experience with thorough understanding of Java/J2EE technologies, related frameworks, strong database concepts with hands-on experience Should be a consistent top technical performer with highly sought-after skills and problem-solving abilities. Application Development experience in Object Oriented programming and design skills Proficient in handling the complex technical development concepts, suggest architecture and design techniques that suits the clients requirements, understanding of latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts Experience in Application Support and Maintenance and Support processes. Understanding of Application Servers and configurations, authentication and authorization frameworks Application development experience using Eclipse or similar IDE Expertise in Struts X, Spring, Hibernate frameworks, Java Messaging Service, Message Driven Beans, Experience in developing web services (SOAP/REST) Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server Internals & Configurations Strong communication and leadership skills Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Preferred:

Experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration and implementation At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review. Possesses good understanding the software life cycle and various development methodologies (waterfall, agile), versioning systems and release management Experience to Insurance domain Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
