JD:

Participate in discussions with key stakeholders to identify business and IT problems associated with current systems.  Planning and managing day to day activities. Participate in day to day application support activities across different line of business in order to meet service level agreements and participate in Incidents, Problems and Change Management. Work closely with program manager, business analysts to quantify the impact of the problems and articulate to key sponsors / stakeholders.  Participate in client discussions to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information to provide inputs for project scoping documents Analyzing and resolving recurring problems, provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for highly complex and large technical issues, review impact analysis, prioritize issues and ensure SLA adherence. Work with other groups including vendors to find a complete and long-term solution Automating or improving process related activities.
