Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns utilizing multiple approaches to coding Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Development process and Hands-on experience in Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure cloud Understanding of Micro-services architecture and container-based deployments Good to Have: Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Good analytical skills ability to understand issues and resolve them methodically Should have exposure and experience to Agile methodologies like Scrum and the associated process of sprints Good communication skills, need to be communicating with customers directly Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
