In the role of Technology Lead Production Support, you will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Production Support and the Software Development Life Cycle including Design, Application development and Testing.

Should be able to resolve Production issues within the agreed SLA.

You should be very good in Telecom domain knowledge and good in analytical skills and very good in proactive communication.

Should be able to clearly communicate with multi cultural stakeholders
