Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Perform analysis for incidents, provide solution by analysing andor escalate to relevant teams. Join triage calls to resolve PROD Issues. Resolve P1,P2,P3,P4 Issues as per SLAs.Conduct Detailed investigation and provide resolution tickets Escalate to L3 team if resolns is unavailable. Monitoring batch, critical applications and health checks. Release engineering monitoring, sanity checks
