As a Lead, work closely with the client business team to understand and coordinate with dev team and other stakeholders and get the development signedoff Engage stakeholders to identify crossfunctional features, and impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms Translate business needs into requirements then into Implementations, including Spec Review, Development, code review, Sign off and PROD roll out
