Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers). Strong Core Java, JEE development experience. Strong development experience on Rules Engine, preferably Drools Strong development experience on BPM tools, preferably JBPM Strong development experience in JEE OO Design Patterns, spring, Hibernate Strong development experience is Web Service integration using REST/SOAP. Strong development experience in XML/XSTL, JSON, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
