At least 5 years of QA experience in Contact Center Domain Experience in testing CTI custom softphone applications, IVR validation and Avaya call routing validation . Experience in developing automation strategy with CYARA tool. Experience in Agile QA process with tools such as JIRA MTM. Nice to have Selenium, Coded UI or any UI Automation. Experience in defining test scenarios, test plans and set up test environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
