Detailed Job Description:

Unified Communication Microsoft SfB, Cisco UCM, Avaya, Telepresence etc Solid general Project Management experience and coordination methodology MP certification preferred Perennial experience in managing projects in Skype for business, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco CMS. SIP trunking and IP-telephony (design and engineering). Expertise in Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Telepresence, and Microsoft Unified Communication products - Experience in customer/client facing roles is advantageous Experience with technical documentation specification, review, and updates ITIL certification will be advantageous

Ability to effectively interact with internal/external resources and other business owners on a non-technical level Ability to effectively interact with internal/external technical experts Ability to understand complex topics and abstract ideas
