Job summary and Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365. Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure. Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets. Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required.

Skills needed:

Network Administration Knowledge of IP stack protocols and routing protocols Linux
