Detailed Job Description:

In the role of Universe Developer, you will be developing the software components in agile and water fall mode to developed the given user stories, you will be working independently and will have to be hands on to deliver the agile work. You will also lead high quality code deliverables for agile and waterfalls, also support all types of testing and support activities related to development, transition and warranty. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology

Required:

At least 10+ years of experience in MS-DOS, Windows, Advanced Revelation (Arev), OpenInsight, PC Anywhere, Novell Netware, MS-SQL Server, Data Junction, Pick (MultiValue), Sequoia, MVBase, Wintegrate, Accuterm, Viaduct, Universe ( U2 ), JBase, OHM Tools, etc. Supporting high quality code deliverables. Interface with internal team. At least 10 year of experience in software development life cycle. At least 8 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. Deliver high quality code deliverables and supports peers in quality checks such that design requirements are met. Lead validation activities for the assigned sub-modules for all types of testing and ability to perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project and enable offshore with required inputs for delivery Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Should have a better understanding on the SLA for Deliverables.
