Assist in fully integrating the Oracle HCM cloud system into current business applications and provide input on best practices. Configure Oracle HCM cloud system to meet business needs Take appropriate initiative to follow through and complete tasks effectively Collaborate with team members and be mindful of interdependent processes Develop reports using SQL and BI Publisher Develop HCM extracts, Flow Patterns, Benefits data extract
