Detailed Job Description:

At least 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Service Cloud space. Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI release. Excellent experience on JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS experience in OSvC space. Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in providing solution architecture and design for Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement.  Create comprehensive technical design document Conduct reviews with offshore team and lead business meetings. Experience in Planning multiple stages of SDLC including releases and cutover plans Ability to drive story grooming sessions with business. Ability to plan and execute scrum development with offshore team. Excellent communication skills.
