Hands on experience working on RPAS Batch APIs and configuration. Should be familiar with all aspects such as domain creation and maintenance, RPAS version upgrades, RPAS installs, fusion client, API calls and configuration tools. Experience in Retail Domain and planning applications such as Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)/ Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting(RDF). Experience working in Agile methodology and DevOps teams. Support Troubleshooting techniques and strong analytical skills Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills
