This position is responsible for reviewing, administering and implementing change management processes and procedures, assessing change management needs, developing and implementing plans to guide the information technology IT organization to a mature change process. Develop and implement the IT Change Management process, control and tools for strategic project and Business as Usual BAU initiatives to include identifying and executing improvements to current change management policies and processes. Develop, implement, and maintain internal change management policies, procedures and associated training plans. Lead and conduct Change Advisory Board CAB meetings as back up for the CAB Manager.
