Must have:

Minimum of 5 -6 years of experience in Telephony Domain Good experience on SIP Connectivity requirements Good knowledge on Meta data to be used for SIP Transfers Good experience on requirements from Porting from Network Carrier to Contact Center Platform Good experience on requirements for Forwarding numbers from Carrier to Contact Center Platform Good experience with requirements for Porting with TFN (Toll Free Numbers), DID Prior work experience with Twilio is an added bonus

Good to have:

Cloud exposure Work experience on working on migration from a current carrier to new carrier

Job Responsibilities:

To design and resolve issues through study, network administration, installation, and customization, along with network management support Provide status updates to product owner and stakeholders Track all details in the issue tracking system (JIRA) Contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows and team process work Fulfill any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups
