Should have more than 10 years of project management experience understanding various regulatory compliances as SarbanesOxley Act SOX, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards PCI DSS, Gramm Leach Bliley Act GLBA. Should have executed project and have complete understanding of the Software development life cycle SDLC in CAPEX and OPEX projects by following different methodologies like Waterfall, Rational Unified Process RUP, Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Waterfall-Scrum Hybrid etc. Should have experience in Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE), SWOT Analysis, Cost-benefit Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Identification, Risks Analysis, and Risk Management. Should have knowledge of Business Concept document/Business Case, experienced in building Project Charter which includes high level Scope, Budget, Schedule, Risks, Assumptions, Constraints, Issues (RAID), and organizational dependencies.
