Salesforce experience as BA Experience in testing SFDC applications using classing and lightning versions. Good knowledge on Sales, Service, Commerce cloud systems and SFDC project implementations. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis task Driving and Implementing business process improvements in sales operations through CRM Solutions Strong customer focus (both internal & external) and understanding of CRM principles and strategies Extensive experience in writing Apex class, Visualforce pages, Batch Apex, Apex Triggers, Test Classes, and Force.com IDE. Integration (REST & SOAP API), Configuration, Data model, Data Migration Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Aura (High preferred). Experience in Agile delivery Strong SQL skills, PLSQL and MS SQL Experience in Informatica Power Center and IICS Strong SQL skills, PLSQL and MS SQL
