5 years of experience implementing Compensation plans with IBM ICM Varicent Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports Configuration, customization and integration of application System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, system solution design. Implement end to end automation of the process Work on multiple databases to load, extract and transform data.Minimum years of experience*: 5+
