What you`ll do:

You are part of a technical team with cross topics and working in the Monitoring CoE. Besides our SAP ECS standard delivery services, we offer in addition enhanced operations services (EOS) for dedicated customers, where monitoring is part of it.

In your role as a Senior Specialist working in the Monitoring CoE, you will have touchpoints with several technical aspects of Monitoring and work with the team on the enhanced monitoring offering.

The role includes:

Expansion of our monitoring offering with a focus on feasibility in our environment Collaboration with different teams to address development and operation needs Ensuring high quality/reliability of the active and future monitoring checks Actively take over the implementation of new monitoring checks  Presentation of the enhanced monitoring offering to customers and stakeholders

 

 

What you bring:

Do you have a SAP System Monitoring background? Are you pro-active, the ability to inspire others and convince them to see opportunities instead of problems? You have strong problem analysis and resolution skills as well as excellent English skills?

Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/SAP Focused Run (Mandatory) Maintenance of Monitoring templates in Solution Manager/FRUN Basis knowledge for NetWeaver/No-NetWeaver based SAP Solutions and databases Good knowledge in SAP Application Monitoring Optional: Basic understanding of ECS/Cloud based processes and operations Flexibility, Openness, Reliability and willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic working environment Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology is a plus Good communication skills

ECS Delivery is the operational organization and our XDU Delivery unit, of which you will be part, is responsible for all cross topics which are necessary to smoothly run the business. Our Unit runs Cross Projects, represents the Process Managers, operate the Tools Operation Control Center (TOCC) and taking care for Monitoring as well as for Data Quality Management.

Most of your team members are currently located in Germany and India, but whole ECS as stakeholder is distributed around the globe.
