Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills: Experience in Automation using like Selenium, Java Web Services / API Testing knowledge/experience Capability to work in a Team Good experience in client communication and client interaction skills Nice to have skills (Top 2 only): Excellent communication Business Understanding Detailed Job Description: Develop and document QA strategy, methodology, plan and schedule, review and reach an agreement with key technical and business stakeholders Develop QA test scenarios, scripts, and cases - functional and non-functional Prepare for test execution by establishing test data sets and contracts Define quality standards and metrics, measure them throughout testing Participate in end-to-end system and coordinate UAT testing Track testing progress, test case results, defects Coordinate defect resolution and regression testing Manage priorities for successful test execution Manage risks and issues that affect the testing scope, schedule, quality Participate in system testing and UAT testing Provide daily metrics and weekly status Use of test management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, google docs, JIRA)
