Detailed Job Description:

Writes test plans for a medium to large feature set. Reviews test specifications, cases, and automation written by others for coverage and completeness. Improves test quality and effectiveness by working with Development and Program Management to prevent problems and to make the product more testable. Finds holes in test cases. Receives directions from Microsoft manager.

Skills Required:

3 plus years work related experience required. Ability to code basic production test scripts required. (Loadrunner/Jmeter/VSTS) Experience with api testing Experience with load testing Experience with distributed systems Coding experience in JavaGather NFRs and prepare Work load model. Prepare Performance test scripts using Jmeter, Loadrunner, OATs and execute the load test. Prepare test results and analyze the results and identify the bottlenecks.
