Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills: SAP Supply Chain Management UAT Nice to have skills: Project Management Skill set Detailed Job Description: Co - ordinate Enhancements with 3PL partners in all regions Run Core team meetings with Logistics Business, AC teams regional BPR teams and other stakeholders Manage UATs for 3PL enhancement projects Support Logistics Projects as needed such as - Geo Expansion projects, Onboarding new vendors, Process optimization Projects, Automations etc Work with Logistics to support creation of Partner Design Documents, Business Requirement Documents Be a key program resource providing Project and Program management support to Logistics track Support master data management for UATs Track KPIs/tangible/continuous improvements and report out to business stakeholders and IST on findings and remedial actions Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) of incidents and track resolutions to closure Ticket Monitoring to ensure end to end business closure of issues Managing project entry and exit criteria to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle and project onboarding hygiene Business impact assessment, communication and co-ordination related to planned and unplanned downtimes Documentation and building the knowledge base related to business processes and solution
