Excellent knowledge of the CSG Billing application. Experience in PrePost deployment validation of offers, new products and configuration changes Billing system order entry knowledge Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must Receives and reviews change requests for rates, campaigns, and packages Collaborate with the Billing Config Design team for defects and downstream teams for end to end testing Performing defect testing, consent validation and support testing for new system deployments
