Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidentsoutages as part of a 24x7x365.Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure. Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incidentoutage tickets. Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required.

Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Remote support for network infrastructure ranging from minimal updown to advanced level routing and switching troubleshooting on carrier grade routers switches. Escalation to engineering teams as needed. Troubleshooting specialized carrier grade network devices running Linux on their core. Minimal application logging investigation on some Linux servers.
