Make a Difference 

The IT Training Coordinator works directly with the Information Technology team to support training initiatives including the planning, scheduling and communications. This role is responsible for the oversight and daily management of Community Health Network’s Learning Management System as it pertains to IT training. The IT Training Coordinator collaborates with IT Enterprise Services, IT Business Solutions, Human Resources, Clinical Education and other operational areas as needed, to establish class schedules, manage course catalogs and monitor end user activity. Provides support for regular system reporting to IT training leadership and generates IT security reports to facilitate end user access. 

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications 

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward coordinating schedules. 
 

Bachelor’s degree in education, informatics or related field required.  Previous experience with coordinating schedules strongly preferred.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Epic, Success Factors and ServiceNow systems strongly preferred.   Management of class schedules and distribution of learning plans.  Creates class schedules and trainer assignments for Information Technology training.  Ability to manage the daily components of the Learning Management System (LMS) as it relates to IT training, for example, instructor-led authorizations, loading tests for electronic use in the classroom, oversee the posting of paper tests results, scheduling classes as needed.  Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to work on-site per the needs of the hiring department.
