We utilize modern SaaS solutions such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and more to serve our subscription-based customer base. Our reliance on external vendors and legacy integration decisions has created technical debt and operational inefficiencies that now require a strategic overhaul. Role Overview We are seeking a visionary IT Director leader to architect and execute an AI-enabled transformation of our back-office and go-to-market systems. This role is pivotal in simplifying operations, reducing costs, and unlocking new capabilities to deliver an elevated customer and employee experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Strategic IT Transformation: Lead the strategic overhaul of the IT landscape to address technical debt and operational inefficiencies. * Team Management: Oversee a team of five IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. * Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors for NetSuite support and internal helpdesk services. * Operational Oversight: Manage IT operations across all non-product business areas, including sales, marketing automation, CRM, finance, and infrastructure. * Productivity Enhancement: Implement technology and AI solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Roadmap Development: Establish a roadmap for sustainable IT operations and long-term cost optimization.
