We are seeking an experienced IT Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee and manage a group of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) providing technology services, application support, and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will excel at creating maximum value in these relationships, ensuring that our vendors deliver high-quality services that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage relationships with MSPs providing technology services, application support, and staff augmentation. + Develop and implement vendor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs). + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure that vendor services align with these requirements. + Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement and value creation. + Negotiate contracts and manage vendor budgets to optimize costs and maximize value. + Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner. + Design, implement and govern vendor related policies and procedures that maximize effectiveness and value for the IT organization + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management and governance. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum of 7 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in a technology services environment. + Proven track record of managing relationships with MSPs and other technology vendors. + Strong negotiation and contract management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in vendor management and governance. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Certification in vendor management or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)).
