We are looking for a Vice President to lead the IT teams for Finance, Human Resources (HR), Legal, and Corporate Affairs as well as lead the Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, Integration, Automation and SAP Centers of Expertise (CoE). This role also oversees delivery and support of 100 additional applications across the enterprise, including Identity Access Management, Robotic Process Automation, Concur, Delegation of Authority, and Enterprise Content Management. This role partners with the functional Leadership Teams serving as the senior IT leader and own the IT strategy leading the transformation activities to optimize the delivery of existing and new business capabilities, bring innovative solutions to finance, digitally connect our enterprise as well as enable data optimization to drive insight-driven decision making. In addition, the role will be responsible for driving IT operational excellence, oversight for SOX controls and processes for major company-wide applications, effectively delivery of IT projects that enable achievement of business results, a commitment to people development and financial management.
Successful candidates will have significant experience or be an expert in finance, planning, logistics, sales and marketing, analytics, human capital management, and/or SAP. This person will effectively work across aisles to drive broader strategies for optimization within Weyerhaeuser. They also will apply disciplined financial management and business value analysis to IT investments, effectively incorporating emerging and leading-edge technologies that deliver enhanced business value and advise business executives on innovative information technology advancements, trends, benefits, and risks.
This role will serve as a champion for continuous improvement (IT Operational Excellence) across the IT organization, work collaboratively at all levels of the business and IT organization and build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and external partners. In addition, successful candidates will effectively lead, inspire, and mentor others to adopt the company's Weyerhaeuser Leadership Competencies and core values, and actively coach and mentor organizational leaders while creating an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and learning.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $206,972 - $316,634 on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 35% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. You will also be eligible for long-term-incentive plan with a target of $121,000.00
