What the position is about | Role & Agenda 

The role 

To support our further growth in Italy, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Finance team in Italy as Italy Accounting Specialist.

Your tasks:

Invoice Management and Issuance: Take ownership of preparing, issuing, and sending client invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that all invoices are in compliance with internal company standards and client agreements; Reconciliation and Public Administration Documentation: Perform detailed and timely reconciliation of accounts and manage the submission of all required documentation to public authorities; Payment and Receipt Processing: accurately record and track payments from both private and non-private clients. Monitor payment statuses, follow up on overdue balances, and work proactively to resolve any payment-related issues to maintain smooth financial operations; Monthly Financial Closures and Reporting: oversee the completion of monthly closing activities, including reconciliation and analysis of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial statements. Manage transitional reconciliations and support the generation of timely and reliable reports for management.

Your profile: 

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, economics or similar You have user knowledge of common accounting software (Oracle and Piteco will be considered a plus) You have good command of MS-Office, in particular Excel You are fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) and have a good command of English
