As an ITAM Technical Content Writer, you will play a critical role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing technical documentation for our ITAM products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that enables our customers and colleagues to effectively utilize our solutions.
The Technical Writer will be based in Somerset NJ, offices and will report into the ITAM Product Team Manager. It is expected that this role will require occasional travel both nationally and internationally.

ResponsibilitiesInclude but not limited to:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, release notes, and online help content. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand product requirements and functionality. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for a diverse audience, including end-users, administrators, and developers. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards and best practices. Create and maintain templates for various documentation requirements. Continuously review and improve existing documentation to enhance usability and accessibility. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials to support customer onboarding and product education. Participate in product testing and validation to ensure documentation accuracy. Able to perform documentation quality assurance and editorial review for multiple business teams. Work with sales to help create SOW documentation and support in maintaining our sales automation tool to ensure best practice for document creation. Provide support for training of our sales automation tool to ensure it is used in the correct way. Ensure all documentation meets our ISO 27001 requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Jourunalism or relevant work experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer Required Skills English or technical degree or equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail. Experience with mark down language and HTML. Experience working with complex technical solutions. Ability to understand advanced concepts and translate that into easy-to-understand language for non-technical readers. Experience working in an Agile technical team and with Product Managers. Experience working under ISO guidelines and understands the requirements.

Complete all LISA Training Modules & pass all exams Unique Requirements This role will require occasional travel both nationally and internationally (25%) Extended hours are required to complete some special projects Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
