Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. **Job Description:** The SOC Monitoring Analyst is responsible for monitoring alerts and getting them actioned in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** + Actively monitor alerts from BMC Helix Control-M, Azure Monitor, Oracle Infrastructure Monitor, SolarWinds, and Nagios. + Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system uptime. + Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, file system management, and backup/restore operations. + Assist in implementing system upgrades and patches, adhering to best practices and change management procedures. + Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems. + Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. + Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system emergencies promptly. + Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the monitoring and IT infrastructure space. + Create bridge calls and involve the right stakeholders to drive resolutions and find root causes. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology / or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 2+ years of proven experience as a Monitoring Analyst. + Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as BMC Helix Control-M, Azure Monitor, Oracle Infrastructure Monitor, SolarWinds, and Nagios. + Relevant certifications such as Azure, OCI, or VMware is an added advantage. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment. **Work Environment:** + This is a full-time position. + Candidates must be ready to work 5 days a week from Mumbai office. + Candidates should be ready to work in rotational schedules / shifts and supporting 24x7 operations.
