We are currently seeking a ITIL Strategist to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA is looking for a forward-thinking and experienced ITIL Strategist with federal government experience to join our IT Service Management team. The ITIL Strategist will play a critical role in developing and executing ITIL strategies to enhance IT service delivery, improve efficiency, and support business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to define ITIL governance and policy frameworks. Lead the design and execution of ITIL process improvement initiatives. Develop and implement ITIL strategies to optimize IT service delivery and align with business goals. Analyze current ITIL processes and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Provide strategic guidance and direction on ITIL adoption and implementation. Develop and deliver ITIL training programs to build organizational capability. Drive continuous improvement by fostering a culture of process excellence and innovation. Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for ITIL process development and enhancement. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for ITIL within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITIL strategy and process improvement. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in each of the following Service Management Practice Domains as a lead: Service Design, Service Desk Management, IT Asset Management, Availability Management, Service Request Management Experience supporting ITSM for a large federal government agency. ITIL Expert certification required; ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP)

Preferred:

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (SL) PMP Certification
