What you will be doing: 

Ensure high level member satisfaction by presenting a professional attitude and appearance, introducing yourself, greeting all members in a courteous and timely manner, smiling, making eye contact, communicating promotional offers, thanking the member for their business and using the standard closing statement. Process the required ITM Teller transactions, such as, but not limited to: Deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cashed checks Loan advances and payments Credit card payments Closed account transactions Process Shared Branch Transactions Effectively communicate with members through video in a professional customer engaging manner. Follow ITM teller protocol by walking members through their transaction, explaining transaction prompts, while remaining on the screen throughout the engagement. Effectively toggle between two systems simultaneously to ensure a seamless member experience. Operate in full compliance with credit union policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Convey the experience of personal interaction through a warm screen presence in a conversational manner.
