Skill set:
· 4-5 years of experience in ITSM (HP Service Manager9.x, Service Center, Service Desk, Connect IT, UCMDB, DDMI ) Solution Design & Implementation skills.
· Working experience in SM upgrade / migration projects preferred.
· Comfortable programming / Java scripting.
· Must have experience in conducting process works shops and design workshops.
· Comfortable with various operating systems - Windows, User level Unix etc.)
· Exposure to infrastructure management products would be preferred.
· Must be able to handle customer environment and familiar with HA and DR setup
· HP Asset Center (optional)
· Develop user interfaces (forms, templates, filtering views, on-screen chart reports, etc.)
· Develop interfaces between Service Manager, Asset Manager and uCMDB using web services and Connect
· Creation of user accounts and role assignment on HPSM upon requests.
· Certifications: - ITIL Foundation V3 (mandatory) - HP Service Manager
