Job Description Insight Global is looking for a ITSM Analyst for a Senior Living Operator client in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will join a team of 5 under the support space. Currently, the space is implementing a new ITSM tool, BMC Helix, and is looking for an individual to help with end users and IT teams to get feedback on how the product should be configured. This individual will assist in getting IT Teams and end user sign off on the data and design that goes into the tool, then communicate that back to the project team. This individual could also be involved in the implementation and configuration itself, as well as helping with the design.
