You will be trusted to:
- Coordinate and manage Digital Services processes such as change management, operational readiness and acceptance, root cause analysis, technical requirements, and resiliency coordination.
- Chair Change Advisory Board meetings and ensure actions items are communicated and tracked.
- Set clear operational readiness direction and ensure Digital Services can support new systems and changes in production.
- Ensure tight integration between the 'people', 'process', and 'tools' elements of operational readiness and acceptance.
- Create and maintain formal and sustainable root cause analysis documentation and partner with the Service Desk to properly place and archive all documentation within Service Now.
- Provide consistent direction, communication, and consultation to process owners regarding requirements for resiliency planning and testing.
- Conduct reviews of service management data and workflows at planned intervals, to ensure data integrity while focusing on streamlining processes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute multi-year disaster recovery and resiliency roadmap.
- Document and maintain resiliency data within ServiceNow.
You qualify with:
- Nine or more years of experience in the development and implementation of formal ITSM processes or relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
You are a great fit with:
- Project Management expertise (formal PMP certification not required)
- Proven experience as a Disaster Recovery Coordinator or similar role.
- ServiceNow experience and/or certifications
- ISO20000 Professional level certifications
