In this role, you will:
This ITSO role will oversee Domestic payments infrastructure and its services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance while driving improvements to meet evolving business needs.Service Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Domestic payments service, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant service delivery.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, IT teams, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding Domestic Payments service.Operational Excellence: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), certificate renewal and performance metrics for both platforms, working proactively to resolve any issues.Incident Problem Management: Oversee incident resolution and root cause analysis for both payment services, ensuring swift resolution and implementing preventive measures.Compliance Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Service Improvements: Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and customer experience, including process automation and integration with emerging technologies.Some careers shine brighter than others.

Good to have knowledge about payment systems.Proven capability in managing complex IT services, including multiple stakeholders and vendors.In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, incident management, and root cause analysis.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in stakeholder management, particularly in high-stakes and regulated environments.Experience with cloud-based payments infrastructure and system modernization initiatives.Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile development frameworks.Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISM, or relevant Swiss regulatory certifications.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
