Position Summary Under direction, provides administrative support and coordinates the care of patients receiving fertility care Job Responsibilities Schedules prerequisite IVF appointments for patients scheduled for treatment. Tracks and reviews outstanding prerequisite and upcoming IVF series test results. Monitors daily schedules for IVF physicians, nursing and laboratory appointments. Schedules appointments for IVF class, blood and cultures and andrology appointments. Generates confirmation letters for patients scheduled for IVF treatment. Conducts consultations with new patients scheduling for IVF treatment to explain program requirements and billing policies. Maintains new patient charts. Maintains IVF physician referral paperwork. Assists with the scheduling of patients for procedures and coordinates procedure with treatment cycle and clinical team. Answers phones, responds to inquiries and triages calls to appropriate personnel. Education High School Diploma Experience Approximately 3 years of prior related experience, preferably within an academic medical centerKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Licenses and Certifications Certification in phlebotomy Working Conditions/Physical Demands Standard office work
