SDLC (Standard Development Life Cycle), MS Office, MS Project, Tracks and Monitors Issues, IVR Testing, Levels of Testing - Systems, Acceptance and Regression.
Description: This role as Business Analyst/Project Lead will involve working directly with call center management, telephony vendor, and multiple I.T. support teams to ensure quality and timely solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities to include: Developing and maintaining release scope.
Managing vendor relationships and delivery timelines. Gathering, documenting and tracking project requirements through the SDLC.
Working with business, compliance, legal,
information security and vendor partners on system design and function.
Providing vendor support with testing and defect resolution. Ensuring compliance with change management , SDLC, and FISMA procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) process, Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience developing and supporting process control procedures. Must be able to provide after-hours support when needed.
Must be able to work remotely when needed.
