IVR Developer - INTL - India
Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an IVR Developer to support one of our clients out of Chennai, India. This engineer will be joining the Contact Center As A Service project assisting in their cloud migration. This engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand the customer journey and support the migration to their new Conversational AI platform solution. Responsibilities include: Day to day development of call flows using Nice CXOne Software development includes new projects, maintenance, small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints.
