Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an IVR Developer to support one of our clients out of Chennai, India. This engineer will be joining the Contact Center As A Service project assisting in their cloud migration. This engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand the customer journey and support the migration to their new Conversational AI platform solution. Responsibilities include:
Day to day development of call flows using Nice CXOne
Software development includes new projects, maintenance, small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints.
Test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara)
Work collaboratively with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose production support issues

Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
5+ years of experience in working on CCaaS Voice flows development
Strong Cisco IVR development with CCaaS platforms experience OR strong Genesys/Avaya IVR development with Nice CXOne CCaaS platform experience
Experience migrating a cloud solution
Experience with Conversational AI / Voicebots using Google Dialog flow CX or Omilia is preferred null
