One of the responsibilities of the System Engineering department within our Naval Engineering unit is the development of Combat & Information Management Systems for navy vessels and their integration with sensor and weapons systems. These complex systems incorporate advanced solutions in the field of information processing, information management, user interaction and sensor and weapons control. As such, our software offers essential support for missions ranging from combating piracy to defense against long-range missiles.

IVVQ Improvement Lead
with a passion for IVVQ and process improvement and the ambition to advance his or her career within a high-tech systems environment in a leading change management role.
About your future job
Do you have a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to elevate IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification) processes to new heights? As the IVVQ Improvement Lead, you play a critical role in optimizing our integration, verification, validation, and quality processes. You’ll ensure that our projects not only meet the highest standards but are also executed with efficiency, consistency, and precision. You will lead a group of multidisciplinary IVVQ key stakeholders to drive the change initiative. Working closely with our team of engineers, project managers, and quality professionals, you’ll drive the effectiveness and reliability of our organization, processes, tools and people, enabling us to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
As the IVVQ Improvement Lead you will lead the IVVQ Improvement as a project and will report to the IVVQ Steerco with all concerned stakeholders. You will be part of the Management Team of the System Engineering Discipline. Our management culture is based on trust, transparency and excellence.

We are looking for a person who:
Has proven management experience in a high-tech business and has led Change Management projects in complex organizations. Has the drive to help Thales succeed. Is analytically and verbally able to communicate with and balance interests of various stakeholders in the organization. Has a BSc or MSc degree. Communicates efficiently in English, both verbally and written.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.At least 5 years of experience in IVVQ, process optimization, quality management, or a similar role.Knowledge of IVVQ processes and the relevant tools and methodologies.Experience in Change ManagementAnalytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support colleagues.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.What's in it for you
