J.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Client Welcome Group Team Lead, Vice President

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors and our Self-Directed online investing platform. The combined business has ~$650 billion in assets under management and 4,500 advisors with close to 5,000 locations.

As a Client Development Team Leader, you will be focused on coaching, energizing and leading Licensed Professionals to deliver an exceptional and welcoming experience for prospective investors and new clients. Your team will work closely with newly acquired clients during the critical first 120 days of a new client relationships to meet their comprehensive service needs and orient the client to the products, services and platforms that best suit their financial needs.  Your team will make inbound and outbound calls to both clients and prospects and introduce prospective clients to advisors to enhance their overall relationship.

Leverage your leadership and communication skills Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Client Development Professionals Ensure talent and performance strategies are in place to coach, develop and promote Client Development Professionals, including performing call monitoring reviews to ensure quality interactions Set the tone of commitment to diversity and inclusion Create a culture of risk and control that acts with appropriate understanding and urgency; with ultimate responsibility to safeguard our customers and our business

Required Qualifications:

A valid and active Series 7 and Series 66 license is required - If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment Leadership and People Development experience required with a proven track record of developing and coaching high performing teams Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining personal network of contacts High degree of investment services and product acumen and keen interest in the financial markets 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 4 years of equivalent work experience required  Business Development experience preferred
