As a Senior Associate in the National Branch Sales Strategy within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will have end-to-end ownership of National Branch’s Platform delivery management and reporting. You will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders and product owners across the organization to ensure alignment in designing and implementing the platform strategy and roadmap. Your role will be critical in defining business requirements for various digital products across our Wealth Management business and promoting feedback from both our clients and advisors towards adoption of the platform. This role provides an opportunity to contribute significantly to the success and future growth of the National Branch.
Job Responsibilities
Support the National Branch platform strategy team in all aspects of the organization, ranging from management of day-to-day business to the execution of strategic initiatives Effectively manage the day-to-day business administration (chief of staff function), including partnering with leadership to prepare for business reviews, which includes drafting executive ready decks, meeting management, and change management Ensure efficient and productive meetings by effectively managing agendas, facilitating discussions, and organizing with the events team as needed Support the delivery of the multi-year National Branch roadmap and strategic planning process across various product initiatives and priorities Proactively identify any potential delivery issues and escalate them in a timely manner Project manage and quickly bring functions together to solve complex problems in a timely manner and create business recommendations in support of senior decision making Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
1-3 years of experience in Platform Delivery and/or Program Management Detail-oriented, organized, and task-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues across USWM Team player with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-profile priorities and projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment with multiple stakeholders Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills and ability to prioritize and analyze issues Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently and execute within demanding deadlines Strong knowledge and experience using PowerPoint and Excel is required Proactive self-starter who is comfortable working independently and enjoys a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong verbal communication and presentations skills Strong written communication skills: the ability to write clearly with a high level of sophistication and detail Product launch or product lifecycle agile management experience is highly desired
