The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Business, a part of the larger Consumer Business, collaborates with consumer partners to provide comprehensive solutions for every client. The Practice Management and Advisor Development team, a highly visible team with significant interaction with senior management, is tasked with delivering expertise on all practice management concepts to aid advisors in servicing their clients and expanding their business. This includes strategizing and implementing goals-based planning, establishing a client onboarding & service model, providing investment solutions aligned to client goals, and leveraging tools and technology to enhance client experience. The team supports leaders and advisors in the branch, field & HNW space, and centralized advisor centers.
As a Vice President, Field Leadership Strategy Advisor Growth Program within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Business, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our advisor network. You will lead strategic planning, advisor coaching, and growth initiatives, ensuring the success of the Advisor Growth Program. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with Market Directors of Wealth, develop and implement strategic plans, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the Advisor Growth Program.
+ Collaborate with Market Directors of Wealth to support program strategy and advisor development.
+ Create and deliver updates to field partners and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
+ Develop a strategy for outgoing program communications to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged.
+ Create and maintain a playbook of coaching best practices related to the program.
+ Support a field-based team with program updates and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
+ Create materials and presentations for leader calls, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
+ Stay informed on program changes and ensure proper communication within the program team and with the field.
+ Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
+ Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on program performance and strategic initiatives.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
+ At least 5 years of experience in financial services
+ Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools, including presentation software.

+ Program management experience preferred
