Experience on J2EE or other Web Technologies, with at least 5 years’ experience on Hybris eCommerce PlatformHighly experienced on Open source frameworks such as Spring MVC, Hibernate or other ORM solutions, and others tools to create or extend Hybris eCommerce solutions.Must have experience with one or more of the following RDBMS:  Oracle, MySQL, DB2.Competent on software tools such as Eclipse & JunitKnowledge of Search Engine tools like Endeca & Solar will be an advantage.Knowledge of Agile based Delivery Model & Test Driven Development (TDD).Experience in design, integrations, interfacing with Oracle ERP.7-10 years of experience in the functional field(s) of expertise.Minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations.Good client orientation, interpersonal communications and analytical ability.Gather key technical requirements and developing Solution/IT architecture, solutions, and technical strategies.Communicate effectively with key stakeholders in a multinational environment.Adherence to client standards.Work with Offshore teams.
