A Jabil gyakornoki programot a Miskolci Egyetem hallgatóinak bevonásával alkottuk meg, hogy valós igényeitekre szabjuk.

Inkább kevesebb gyakornokot foglalkoztatunk, hogy

minőségi mentorálást tudjunk megvalósítanigyorsan, értékes tapasztalatot szerezzetekpiaci átlag fölötti bérezést nyújtsunkvalós karrierutat biztosítsunk ésnagyobb esélyetek legyen főállást elnyerni.

Ha a Jabil gyakornoka leszel:

Mentorálás: Első naptól kijelölt mentor fogja segíteni a beilleszkedésed pontos betanulási terv alapján és koordinálni a napi tevékenységed. Koordináció: Gyakornok koordinátor követi a fejlődésed, visszajelzéseket kér  és támogat mindenben. Karrier: Teljesítmény alapján senior gyakornoki szintre léphetsz, majd főállásba. Fizetés: Átlag fölötti bért kínálunk, mert tudjuk, picit kiesünk az egyetemtől. Időbeosztás: Rugalmas időbeosztást (min. 30 óra/hét) és home officet kínálunk. Képzés: Változatos tréningekkel biztosítjuk a fejlődésed.
